  • I have posted one more response to you below. I just would like to add one comment directly on your point re valuation. "This is a form of economics, the price paid is what the buyer values it at. If it's not what the seller values it at then well don't sell it."

  • 12 Euro per tonne is nothing! Even beyond the fact that the carbon trading schemes currently in operation are dysfunctional at best and in many cases actually counterproductive, such ridiculously LOW prices make absolutely no sense.
